How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Berlin Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Dr Palmer is kind and gentle with my dog. She genuinely cares about my shichon’s well being. Spent special time calculating his caloric intake so he could lose a few unwanted pounds. Staff is courteous and seem knowledgeable. We’ve been a satisfied patient of Berlin animal hospital since he was born over 7 years ago.

We, unfortunately, were faced with end of life of our 17 year old pup while vacationing in the area. The folks at Berlin animal hospital treated us as though we were long time patients. A great group of people. Caring and compassionate!

I never give out 5 stars. The staff is awesome, super nice. They help me with my working Dog Dexter. He is 18 months old. Can be happier. Dr. Corey is very knowledgeable.

I've been going to Berlin Animal Hospital with my dogs for over 20 years. The front desk staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. The techs and Vets understand my current pups needs, (she's a bit nervous getting in there but they know how to calm her down). Highly recommend this office as its a pleasant visit always.

This is a wonderful vet. We see doctor B. I have a few hunting dogs that they take great care of. When my dog needed emergency surgery they were timely getting her seen and took great care of her. Very reasonably priced as well.
