My dog had been sniffling for a few days, went to my vet and the ER with no solution, besides possible allergies. My dog was visibly uncomfortable and fatigued after a week of these speculative explanations. Within 30 minutes of walking in, I had a diagnosis (kennel cough) and a prescription. My girl was doing much better within a day or so. The clinic was transparent and fair about prices and procedures. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend UrgentVet in Westford ma. I went in last night with my dog whose face was swollen. They were wonderful. Asked all the questions, showed concerns, examined my dog and took great care of her. The Vet and nurse were amazing and explained everything to me about her results and how to give her the medication. Wonderful place

I had a great experience with UrgentVet. The techs and vet on staff were kind and thorough. They listened to my concerns and didn’t judge me for trying to treat my dogs skin issue on my own. The treatment plan was documented and the price of treatment was clear. There is a $125 fee for the office call, which is in line with what my vet charges for a same day urgent appt. The other charges were very reasonable. A day later, the suggested treatments are already working and my dogs skin is much better. Thank you for opening in Westford! I’ve had bad experiences with the local emergency vet, so it’s nice to have an option for urgent but not life threatening concerns.

We had to utilize UrgentVet last night when our dog developed a hot spot. It was very easy to reserve a time online to be seen. Once we arrived we were greeted, checked in easily, and were seen right away. The tech was wonderful and the vet was kind and attentive. We were out with medications and a plan in an hours time. This morning I received a call to check in on our dog to make sure she was doing ok, which I appreciated very much! If by chance we need it again we will definitely be back!

Thank you for euthanizing my guinea pig when everywhere else turned me down. I was happy he was able to go out in peace and not suffer. The staff was more than understanding which helped because I'm usually already a very anxious individual and the whole situation had me very upset, staff was very good at making sure my boy was comfortable on the way out. Thank you again.
