Most unprofessional receptionist I've ever met. Degrading rude snobby. Heard nothing but bad experiences lately from multiple people. After having an awful experience myself. Even during one of my cats neuters. Disgusting. Left him covered in feces inside of his carrier. Tee heed about it and said sorry. As if he couldn't get infection. Steer clear. Montgomery animal or Southwick.

the owners response validated my 1 star. you don't need to be rude to people. assumptions are never a good thing. your receptionist is also extremely rude and belittling.

The best veterinary office! We've been going here for about 7 years now and they are amazing. Dr. Lorachelle is so well educated and treats our dogs so so well. The vet techs and receptionists are all so friendly as well and you can tell the love what they do. Also, prices are a. bit more affordable than others we've checked. We'll continue to bring our current dogs and future ones here. ♡

Westfield animal clinic is truly the best! Everyone there is very caring. One of our boys has extreme anxiety. They're very patient with him. They always go above and beyond to make sure our pets get the best care possible. I would recommend without hesitation to anyone.

This is the only clinic I would bring my beloved pets, past and present, to. Always have received great care whether it was routine check ups, an injury, dental cleanings, ear infections or even the sad task of putting down a pet. Dr.Larochelle and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
