Love this place! The staff here are so friendly and out going, and actually truly care about my pet. I'm always very comfortable when he's in their care. Still a wonderful experience every time! The staff have become family.

Consistently good service and relatively reasonable costs for pet health care. Very responsive to questions, and appointment requests, Great hours, very thorough explanations of care planning. We trust them with our cat and have recommended them to friends and family on many occasions.

Pet house calls is great! They are friendly, caring, compassionate and extremely supportive. We've been taking our dogs to them for years, they treated them like their own. When I had to make the hard decision to put my furbaby down in January 2017 they explained the procedure and was right there to answer any of my questions and again in 2018. This is the only vet I recommend to everyone in western mass they are far best the best!!
