Excellent compassionate care! My dog is very anxious going to appointments. We worked with the vets on a med regimen and the team knows exactly how to minimize his anxiety while there. As a new dog owner, I have lots of questions and I feel that the staff always takes the time to address my concerns. We feel very well cared for there!

We love Bridgewater Veterinary Clinic! Today I needed a change to a prescription that we order to be compounded and they got it all sorted in a few hours! We know our pets are well cared for at Bridgewater Vet!

I can not express how amazing they are, my dogs are so lucky to have staff that care so much and give me such a peace of mind on days that I’m losing it from anxiety for my fur baby! Both my boys go here and are truly an amazing vet, we are life long customers now!

Used to be a great place. Worked there for a bit and was run wonderful by Dr. Brown. Since his retirement the experience and customer service was a slow downward spiral. Now you can't get any type of an appointment, I've tried on multiple occasions over the past few years with no luck. My current coworkers who live in that area also have a hard time getting appointments and have been forced to go elsewhere. The staff member today on the phone was rude, argumentative and chastised me for not doing yearly visits and instituted that my animals aren't taken care of. I explained that I tried to get visits during covid and was denied then as well. She insinuated that I was lying. The lack of professionalism on the phone was appalling . They should be embarrassed.

Fabulous all the tech Robin Madeline Robin daughter I sry if I don't remember all the names could not ask for any better and all the md as well my toby is diabetic this place takes such good care of my dog which they take care of my worries toby likes them as well
