Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

I have been going to the Animal Center since 2016 when I moved to the area. They are compassionate and knowledgeable. Our rescued cat Thor went from having ring worm with no hair to very healthy.

Expensive and they never diagnosed my pups problem. I took her to AVS and she was diagnosed right away and had her gall bladder removed. She's happy and healthy like a brand new dog for half the cost. The animal center is all about money in my opinion.

Whether it’s animal care or boarding, The Animal Center and its employees take excellent care of Axel! They always let me know what services I have left on my Paw Plan to ensure I get the most for my money, and they are always willing to give an update during boarding. Every team member there is knowledgeable and helpful. The vets are the absolute best! I rest easily knowing Axel’s under their care 🤎

Finding top care for our dogs is priority and I'm so glad this place is not only close, but incredibly helpful and gentle with our babies. No question is too small and any concerns are addressed with patience and understanding. We have a dog with some behavioral issues and is very protective of us, we let them know ahead of time and he was handled so well. Front end staff is also incredibly friendly/ helpful/ easy-going. Scheduling is pretty flexible - at our old vet, we'd have to wait months for appointments.
