In the age the world is in now, it's comforting to still have places to go that make you feel like you're more than just a client. The staff is always friendly and they make you feel like family. They love my dog and even though he's considered an aggressive breed, they don't treat him like one. I'll always recommend them to others that are in the area.

Very knowledgeable staff! They genuinely care about you and your pets. I have an aggressive 100lb German Shepard that can be very difficult to work with. Plains was able to work out a good strategy to keep everyone safe during his visits. They also let me stay with him throughout the visit!

Its too bad the lady answering the phone is so cold. The vets are nice and patient. I will never be back. Every time I call to make an appointment, the same unfeeling and rude person answers.
