I adopted a new fur baby and took her to Dr. Charlotte for her post adoption check-up and she found a couple health issues that needed to be taken care of and she prescribed some meds that will get Miss Jade on the mend real quick. She also made some helpful suggestions. Dr. Charlotte is the BEST.

I called to try and possibly book an appointment and they told me they were “pretty booked out”. They didn’t even humor me with a possible date. It felt very unwelcoming, so if you are someone looking for a new vet I’d look elsewhere because they won’t help you. I just needed a wellness check done on my rats, and I would have waited. It’s a shame because I read such great reviews. I understand being booked out, but at least try to work with possible new clients.

Dr. Charlotte Hebert is the most caring veterinarian. She really cares about the well-being of your animal. She also offers affordable rates. I definitely recommend her services.

Affordable, accurate, and compassionate! We LOVE taking our dog here! It is a friendly environment, and the staff really cares about your fur babies! My boyfriend's family has taken their three dogs here for years, and they recommended we do the same! Best decision I've made! Nothing worse than going in for a routine checkup and coming out with a list of charges from the vet; this NEVER happens here. Everything is clearly outlined to us before anything is done to our pet! I appreciate their honesty and integrity!

We were visiting Lexington and my dog had an emergency. The doctor who picked up the phone was so kind and gave us great advice to help our dog feel better! She really went above and beyond!
