Professional, caring team of top notch vets and staff. Dr Hill is absolutely amazing. My cat had surgery April 1st, when he came home we had a cone on him and he shook his head and immediately two buttons flew off(which I feel should not happen right after putting them on) I contacted the nurse and she told me that her and the doc were fine with how it will heal, not three days after surgery cats ear filled back up with fluid. So I reached back out and they got back to me this morning and we went in for a check up and they were very belittling and blaming me for what happened. The came back in recommending him having surgery…again. We had already paid 900 dollars in the first and now want to charge another 350 dollars for the surgery again. Even though it was nothing we did. I asked for other options and they told me surgery, they can drain it knowing it’ll refill again( making it seem like we will need to come in often and pay for it each time), or just leave it and let it “scar” in a couple of months.

My Vet retired and I was unsure of what Vet I should chose. Unfortunately I had one of my babies become sick so I needed to chose somewhere quickly. I chose CORRECTLY! The staff and Dr Hill were all amazing! My girl is a little unsure of new folks and she was so comfortable there! They got down on her level for the exam instead of putting her on a high table where they become rigid and scared. I can’t say enough good things about our visit! BTW my girl is healed and healthy! Thank you for everything Ladies! I now have a permanent Vet!♥️ Sissy says Thank you Dr. Hill!🐾

Every experience I've had with Indian Hills has been postive, from the office staff to the veterinarians, everyone there cares about animals and their well-being. I've never felt they over charge like some vets do in the area, they give your animals the care they need at a price you can afford.

As first time puppy parents my husband and I have had a lot of anxiety! IHAC has been so amazing so far and really eased my anxiety. Truly felt like the vet took the time to explain things to us!
