I had the plane for around 11 years paying 53$ a month, my German shepherd past away August 1, they said I have to pay 265$ or 53$ a month till January.

They have seen my dog for over 10 years and when I asked him that she needs pain medicine for her hips they said they can't do it because the vet that was there the senior last left the facility now I'm stuck going to somewhere else and I've been paying for their insurance for all this time pretty sad when they won't try to help your dog her time of need
