I've always been happy with the services here, until yesterday. The staff is usually friendly and my dog always looks great. The new groomer was incredibly rude on the phone yesterday and reported that she won't be grooming my dog again, via the receptionist. We've been going there for several years and have NEVER had a problem. I know my dog is high strung so I typically ask how she did and am always told she did well. I will say, the 1 time we used the vet he was very friendly and helpful.

Dr Clark and his staff do a great job with our pups! The groomer takes time to meet with the client before the first cut. She always does a super job!

Dr. Clark is the best. My dogs love him and he treats them like they’re his own. We have been coming to Pet Care and Surgery Center since they opened and have never been disappointed. They’re simply the best!

My friend went in and purchased a cone for my small dog because her paw was hurt. The cone didn't have the necessary ties and no one showed her how to put it on my dog, so she went back in to ask for help. The woman gave her the strings, directions to put it together, and told her how to put it on. She didn't tell my friend that if it wasn't tied tight enough that the dog could get it stuck in her mouth and cut her mouth and gums up really badly. My friend said that the woman who helped her made her feel like she was an inconvenience from the start. The cone was $10. Had I known that, we would have gone to Broadway Animal Hospital because the small ones there are only $2 and their staff is great. I was trying to save some money on gas, which ended up costing more in the long run.

I brought Bear in for grooming, and a nail trim, and I love how they cut his hair. I always receive good customer service, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Attached are “before and after” pictures. Love it!
