tldr? How does a cat mysteriously go from multiple organ failure, to perfectly healthy overnight? The only thing that changed is that I visted him, and the lies stop because they were caught red handed!!!!! I had to save my own cat. Ser pounce only recovered after I visited him. They only accepted him in hopes that he would pass under their care, and grant them free money. If I had not visited that cat, after they held him hostage for two days and gave him little to no true medical treatment, he would have died, or the bill would be 3x what it is now. Then they held him for two days after that, just to get more money, but nothing actually changed. It was just for $$$money!$!$!$!!!! They would not let me hold him again, until we PAID. He was a prisoner, and they were the warden. Someone told me I was holding my cat wrong. You do not hold a cat, the cat lays in your arms. Its all to increase profit margins.

If u don’t have an account with them don’t bother taking your animal in there no help from either places my dog is suffering with a blind eye and they couldn’t even look at it because I didnt have an (account) and they where full

We had to help our beloved cat of 15 years across the rainbow bridge today. It was beyond difficult but I can’t thank Dr. Trammell and her staff enough for the kindness and compassion they showed us. Highly, highly recommend this clinic and their wonderful staff.

I'm sorry my expression on this Amimal Hospital for bringing my pet to this hospital was a 2 they were professional but NOT LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER OF THE VERY CONCRN THEY HAVE FOR THEIR FAMILY PET AS THEY KNOW WHATS ALMOST HAPPEN TO THEM MY ISSUE DID GET SOLVED UNTIL 3 DAYS LATER WHERE I HAD TO SAY AGAINTHAT THE ISSUE ON THAT Friday needs to be addressed. Oil got a new family member recently, and yesi I took the new 6 mth old bBy kitten for it. The check-up went great. This doctor was great to answer my concerns.raising my arm. It's upcoming it stays that way.. For those dates of review that I've made here may have made my life having issue with my pet at the time but I do applaud and give thanks to the doctors and all the staff there they stay there for you. CONCERNS: THEY ARE THERE IF GOT QUESTION OR CONCERNS YOU JUST GOT TO ASK. I do bring my rating up to a five there maybe more places to go, but I chose Broadway Animal Hospital fir my baby Cassie's care
