All the staff are exceptional people, very personable, and they always display willingness to listen and help with any issues that may arise! Absolutely terrible experience with their support number. Got a new debit card and could not get anyone to help update my payment info. They now want me to pay a full year of service (without receiving any service) to continue my membership. That’s around $800! The clinic itself has always been great, but the corporate business practice is a major scam. They’ve made it near impossible to resolve an issue I’ve been diligently trying to solve for months now. Very disappointed in you Banfield. I will take my business elsewhere.
