Today I had to let my little Maggie go to doggie heaven. Dr. Greenwood was the most gentle, caring person I know. He understood how difficult this was for both Maggie and I and comforted me as she peacefully went to sleep. Can't thank you enough Dr. Greenwood.

Waited for an hour and half to then cancel the appointment without anyone trying to convince me otherwise. Another man had been waiting for an hour. I understand a little lag time but an hour an a half is unfair to anyone. If you value your time, go somewhere else.

Setting up an appointment for our newest rescue kitten. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the Veterinarian is fantastic. Great veterinary clinic.

Refused to see my dog when she had an emergency. Will just start going to Danville illinois for dog care if they don't care about their customers pets.

Very rude, will never take an animal here. Even to ask a question on the phone. Just so rude. Take your animals to country side vet. They are nice and loving to the animals and owners.
