Edit: 6/7/24 Just wanted to Thank this Banfield location in West Lafayette again. They are so amazing! The Dr. Was so helpful and explained everything to us about the issues our Bear was having. Still affordable. Thank you Dr. McCumber! You're a really special person and we were lucky to have had your experience and expertise, and your positive attitude! You're the best!!! 🐕 This was an absolutely amazing vet! I usually go to a different vet but they couldn't see me there so I called Banfield. They set an appointment for me right away that day. I am normally apprehensive about taking my dog to a new vet but the Dr.s there made me feel comfortable. They were amazing and helped me more than I expected that they would or could. The appointments are affordabe and the staff is amazing. 5/5 paws!!! Thank you Banfield, my 14 year old puppy is feeling better already. These tail wags are for you!

Well, let’s see when I joined here in Lafayette. Nobody informed me before I paid for the membership for both of my dogs that there was no permanent vet on staff, and that the vet was coming up only two days a week, and I was paying for a service for 5 1/2 days a week. I was a Banfield person Since 2002 and five dogs and I will never be a Banfield person again because I basically was lied to about not having a vet there five days a week and even now I believe you only have Veterinarian staff that is part time. So shame on Banfield you really really really should be ashamed of Without divulging your Veterinarian staff first or lack there of.

Today was my first appointment with Banfield for my dog Elvis. The clinic is very clean and modern, the staff was very helpful and attentive. Dr. Byrd was very professional, she explained all that she was going to do and responded to my questions, she even gave me a call when my dogs was done to let me know how he was doing. I appreciate the care and I am very happy with the service. Great group of professionals!! Elvis will be back!

The staff were nice and helpful when I took my dog for a routine check up. The veterinary doctor was very thorough and clear about what services my dog needed, as well as preventative care. The team was willing to work within my budget and offered a wellness plan which split all his wellness into monthly payments.

I've had two of my cats there and been very happy. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Kept me informed and let me know what they were doing at all times. When we took our kitten there they gave me a plan I could pay on a monthly basis that included its shots and spay.i'll continue to take my pets there.
