We have been coming here for about 10 years and over the past 2 years it has seriously went downhill. They will not chart tests and procedures then force you to get them again before they will refill prescriptions. This has happened to at least 3 people I know of in the past year and twice to me. When you bring it to the doctors attention she gets very defensive and denies that any tests were done. Basically calling me a liar even though I have receipts to prove it. If you don't want to get ripped off then go somewhere else. These people are absolutely incompetent and unable to accept that they are wrong in any way.

The BEST AND MOST caring veterinary hospital we have ever been to. We drive 2 hours to see this office. But totally worth it. So good with the animals, kind, polite, answers all questions, worked us in several times, sees emergencies! Can’t say enough about them

My dog was attacked by four great dane mix, I drove 40 minutes to Salem, and they saved my dog's life because my vet was in an emergency surgery himself. He has had his cone on almost two months now. They about killed my dog

Very knowledgeable and caring for my dogs. They let you know cost up front so no hidden fees. They make sure our dogs are taking care of in our budget. I just love the staff. Never will take my pets anywhere else.
