We have always been clients and didn’t know they switched hands to Dr Pals last July! Let me just say from the moment I walked into the front I was impressed with the new updates at the clinic from the organization at the front desk to the new floors and clean exam rooms I was in awe. Upon meeting the new doctor I loved how he took his time to throughly examine both of our dogs and explain testing for our elderly dog. He even called personally to give our dogs results and answer any and all questions. I highly recommended giving this clinic and new Dr Pals a try. He really cares and his back ground experience was astounding. They aren’t pushy and educate you on your animals! Thank you Dr PALs for fixing this clinic and truly giving LaPorte an amazing clinic!

If i could give Dr. Pals 6 stars i would. He was so very kind and informative with my puppy. He explained every test he was running as well as why he was failing the tests or passing the tests. Oh did i mention i wasn't even a customer at the time prior and he got me in very last minute. Thank you Dr. Pals for everything.

Doctor Pals and the others were amazing with my two dogs. I brought my male in because he unfortunately caught some type of respiratory infection and was hacking so bad that he was up all night. I called and they got me right in and Docotor Pals is so nice and explains everything to you, he check Murphy and he had a temperature and gave him shots and sent us home with mediciation and then 2 days later my female, Bo, started hacking too and I texted them, because they offer texting updates too, and they got her in right away and he came out to the parking lot to check her and didn't charge me a crazy amount since I had just been 2 days prior and spent a good amount. I really appreciate his kindness and how he explained everything for me and treated my babies so sweet. Thank you!

Mr. Bugz is home and feeling much better! I had noticed he couldn’t urinate and got him in right away. They informed me it was more serious than I had thought and treated him quick and professionally. They then gave me all the knowledge I needed to take care of him after being seen and sent me on my way with the meds and special food they suggested. I take my other cats here and they treat them all as if it were their first kitten. Very nice staff and the doctor didn’t want to break my wallet either. 10/10 recommend!!
