Tri-State Vet Clinic initially scheduled Michi-Tom Brazil for his "Bob Barker". Life happens, beyond last minute. The staff was super friendly and proficiently rescheduled 7 days later. They stayed fluent with me from drop off to pickup! 4 days later I was surprised Michi had a voice-mail. The staff had called to check up on him! He's lovely! We cannot thank you enough! We plan to return by summer!

Dr. Greg and staff are very professional and caring. Dr. Greg had Shadow as a patient his whole life. Tri State is awesome but fairly expensive. You get what you pay for. Shadow loved Dr. Greg. RIP my sweet boy Shadow. He almost made it to 14 years old. For 125 pound dog that's great!

The neutered my perfectly healthy 2 year old gave him the same vaccines that he juat got 4 months prior. I called everyday for 7 days and brought him in 3 times after the surgery because he wasn't eating or drinking. They offered me no help. My dog died 9 days after the surgery. Never even called to talk to me after they found out he died.
