Thoughtful and warm staff that helped us through the final days of our dog’s life. I was always impressed with their attitude and care. A few months after our dog passed, I was touched to get a letter of thanks from the Purdue College of Veterinary Medicine explaining that the staff at Monon had made a donation to the College on our pet’s behalf. Touching indeed, but consistent with the care we received. This place has the best, most caring staff across we have found across the Indianapolis area.

In June 2023 I relocated back to Indy since I left in 2006. In the move I also brought my best friend, Coco. He was 13 years old when we moved. Coco has had heart murmur issues along with arthritis. They treated him like family. Appointments were easy to schedule. And when the time finally arrived to help him find the The Rainbow Bridge, they were kind, thoughtful, and compassionate. They took great care in taking care of him. And when it was all said and done, they continued that compassion by sending me a card signed by the entire staff and ink paw prints. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
