Awesome and very inviting to the new look for the vet office. Ava greeted us and loved on him and took Benji down to be weighed. She was so thoughtful this was his first time here. She made him feel comfortable and at ease. The office staff greets you when you arrive with your pet all of them are so helpful. I had recently rescued a 7 year old Shitz Zitu and it was time for his shots. Wow he walked in and he loved all the attention the girls were giving him. They weighed him and he was 4 lbs over weight. He got his shots and the Dr spent time with Benji, checked him over from his head to his tail. I was very impressed with all the attention that Benji received today. It was the BEST I want to thank you all. :-)

This hardworking and honest team (of all women) has cared for 4 of my dogs for over 25 years. They are conservative in their approach and price their services VERY fairly. Yesterday, they were professional, caring, and incredibly considerate as my dog's sick visit devolved into compassionate euthanasia. I don't have words that express how much I appreciate them all.

The people at the front desk were not very polite as a matter of fact I would go as far as to say they were rude. We start at the beginning we went there because our vet office closed on Washington Street Crestview animal hospital and all the vets that were there went to Brookville animal hospital so that's the reason we went there, 2 begin with. I took two cats there nothing serious either one it was $506 they both got shots and I still don't know what's wrong with either one of them it was so expensive that that was nice but $500 again and still have no idea what's wrong with him I wouldn't go there again if you paid me!!!

I can't say enough good things about these people. We weren't happy with our vet so a friend ŕeferred us to these folks. They take their time with you, you never feel rushed, their fees are reasonable and THEY REALLY CARE. They were AWESOME!
