Dr. Lewis, Tori, Haylee, Morgan, and Jessica were all wonderful. The whole team was very caring, compassionate, and professional during the shock of our heartbreaking visit. We thought our sweet boy simply ate something he shouldn’t have and honestly leaving that night without him was the farthest from our minds. The moment we walked in, Reggie was greeted with such kindness. His history was reviewed very thoroughly, costs were explained prior to treatment, and results were available quickly. The honesty, knowledge, and compassion of Dr. Lewis was excellent. She had to give us the heartbreaking news that Reggie’s odds of improving were very slim, even with extensive treatment. This took us awhile to digest. We never felt rushed to make decisions and were provided with privacy and time to spend the last few moments with our good boy. They were very sensitive and honest about adjusting costs and compassionately explained the next steps. They went above and beyond to make sure Reggie had the best “goodbye” he could have. We will never regret taking him to UrgentVet. They proved to be an exceptional team during a very difficult experience. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic! My pup and I had to pay them a visit on Saturday after my pup did not stick her landing while jumping. When I came into the clinic I was greeted by Morgan, who immediately put me at ease and told me my dog would be in great hands. She was nice and thorough when getting our intake info and was so gentle with my dog who wouldn’t let anyone touch her leg. She also kept me informed of all the anticipated estimates of costs so there were no suprises at the end of the visit. I had the pleasure of meeting Doc Katelyn Hecke who put my mind at ease and explained all the options to me along with what to expect once the procedure was completed. She has the best personality! I had the chance to speak with Allie who I believe helped me schedule the appointment in the first place and then was kind enough to call and check on my girl the day after which went above and beyond what I was expecting for an emergency walk in clinic. Cannot recommend this place enough if your pet has an accident. I cannot thank the ladies there enough for taking care of my pup (and me) this past Saturday!! (They even decorated her cast!!)

So very happy with the care we received at the Greenwood location. They took wonderful care of Oswald and he especially liked the attention. The care, options and price transparency was appreciated. The staff listened carefully to my concerns. Would highly recommend!

I rescued a wonderful boy on the 22nd of March when he got sick the traditional vet office couldn’t see him for 5 days. We scheduled the appointment on line arrived to no wait. The vet and technicians at the Greenwood location were amazing making our Milo feel comfortable. Prices were reasonable and in no time we were on our way. I would give a 1000 stars if I could… THANK YOU

The staff was so kind and caring and took excellent care of my dog after he was bitten by an aggressive dog. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my ill or injured pet to this clinic. Thank you for taking such excellent care of me and Tater Tot!
