I am not one to leave reviews but this one deserves it. Their customer service from the front desk employees is less than impressive. The one receptionist is constantly stating rude comments, interrupts conversations you are having with other employees, and treats as if you are annoying her for being there. Today I was walked in, and was very early due to time change from where I live to where the office is located (my fault). She so rudely yelled in response to my appointment time across the room making me feel like a complete idiot in front of all the customers and continued to laugh in my face. I ended up leaving and canceling the appointment and explained to them I will be looking for a new vet.

This is a decent place to take your beloved fur babies, however they can't provide a cost or around about a mount for something as simple as vaccines for a cat or dog , the staff upfront seems nice the new girl is sweet , the vet does care as far as I'm concerned but I think prices should be available for your knowledge,it's a kinda hope I have enough kinda thing when you go there , I don't understand it , this is why the 3 star ⭐ rating ,I'll continue to go and see if they approve any, iam very new to the area from another state ,but an Indiana native . I do give thanks for the service I have been provided for my fur baby just wish you could bring simple things as vaccines for dogs ,cats & kittens ,I call and literally nobody knows any price for anything,to me that's poor communication all the way around. Hope y'all get it worked out this could easily be a 5 ⭐ rating

Called to set up a first appointment for our two dogs and was informed since we already had seen another vet previously that they wouldn't accept us. Never even asked why we were wanting to switch vets.

BEST VET AND STAFF. I have been to multiple vets through multiple moves and animals. Dr. Fran saved my dog after it was hit by a truck, and an emaciated and sick 2 week old kitten. She's knowledgeable and patient. Be prepared for a possible wait if she takes an emergency. Absolutely worth the wait. Very reasonable prices. Low turnover staff because ot mist be a great place to work❤

Well since Dr Fran has retired, an Dr Hoagland has bought her practice dont know if I am comfortable.
