I had to have my sweet hound euthanized, he was my best friend for 10 years. They were all so kind. They made the process a little easier to bare. Thank you for your compassion. Rest easy, Winnie Bear.

I used to love this place I thought that they loved your animals. As much as you But the truth is, they're petty. And greedy. The longer you're there, the more you'll see. I would not recommend this place ever Especially now that Dr. Debbie Martin's gone

I took my female cat here to get spayed and was misinformed on 2 calls about the estimated total costs. I was also told on the 2nd call that they could not do the surgery if she was in heat, and I wasn't allowed to be present for her examination and that I had to just drop her off. After talking with the vet to dispute the additional charges that were not mentioned or was misinformed by the receptionists I talked to, I learned that for female cats they cannot determine if the cat is in heat or not by the exam that they require for surgery, the spay surgery can still be performed if the cat is in heat but will have additional costs due to needing more time to deal with the swollen reproductive organs, stitches are a separate charge from the surgery expense and based on whichever stitches you elect for your pet, and then found out that I could have been in the exam room with my cat. (Which would have been beneficial to me so I could understand my pets issues better and to be a comfort to her since she is a very anxious cat) After several minutes of disputing charges, they did finally reduce my costs to a fair price and were very respectful and addressed me in a calm and professional manner throughout the whole conversation. I feel like it would have been a less frustrating experience and a great benefit all parties if they would chart out expenses for common procedures so that there could be more transparency about what is to be expected for the care/treatment of your pet and to have more accurate cost estimates so pet parents don't get blindsided by common additional expenses that may occur during the visit.(Especially since they expect payment the same day of the care/treatment.) I definitely recommend reading through all of the paperwork and ask your questions before signing anything. If you can talk to the vet directly beforehand, I would definitely do that and not rely solely on receptionists for accurate information.
