How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Woodstock Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Wonderful, professional, caring people there. And these people have the most tender care for our dog. The Dr is such a professional, She took strong immediate care and explained it to us in every way. She's wonderful . 🤗

I was extremely grateful That Woodstock Animal Hospital was able to see our puppy! Dr Kathrine L Sinnott was INCREDIBLE! I mean it. She is VERY good with her practice, and really took the time to explain things to us. There staff in our book was "CADILLAC" to us. Everyone there was so nice! This was our first time there, but I personally felt that Dr Sinnott was very focused on looking out for our puppy Lola!

Uncaring vet who had horrible bedside manner. Expensive especially compared to the poor care given. Would not recommend.

We've been going to this vet for over 20 years with all of our cats and dogs. Amazing staff. Amazing doctors. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our precious fur babies.

It was clear that our aging fur-baby was not feeling well about 15 minutes before the vet’s office was to close. (She would not walk and was in great pain.) I called frantically and spoke to Jessica, who was lovely, and was told to come on over; they would wait for us to get there. When we arrived, everyone was so concerned about Scarlet and no one acted inconvenienced by our late and unexpected appointment. Scar was shown love and compassion by Dr. Sinnott and the techs who were all lined up with concern showing in their eyes. This is the vet and staff you want for your precious animals. Dr. Sinnott is so smart, but also intuitive, which means everything when dealing with your pet. We are so blessed that they are in our town, but I would drive an hour or more to go to them.
