A little on the expensive side but they took great care of takuto and gave him all his shots. Nice little vet place and very friendly staff. They did Email my shots info to me while I was out of state so I could get my service dog into a work event which was super clutch.

We have been using another Banfield for years and when they were not available to help when my dog needed to be put to sleep when her cancer took over, Wonder Lake Banfield stepped in to help us immediately. I cannot tell them how appreciative I am that they helped out while being short staffed on a Saturday at the last minute. Thanks to their help my dog did not have to suffer all weekend until I could get her into my normal vet. The staff was amazing and very courteous. Thank you again for everything!!!!

I have been going to the one in Crystal Lake for years I really like Dr freely, and the staff has always been really nice and now just switched to the Wonder Lake one since they are so much closer to my house and Dr Tracy was very knowledgeable and the staff was really nice

I started bringing my puppies to Wonder Lake animal hospital over nine years ago and they were amazing! Ever since they have changed over to Banfield Hospital it has gone DOWN HILL to say the least. They call to reschedule appointments, have you drop off your animals for standard vaccinations and keep them for six hours and most recently my poor dog (who has anxiety over going to vet) was denied her office visit by Sarah because we were running 10mins late. They have had no issues having me wait in their waiting area for 20 plus minutes in the past though.They have lost us as clients. Good luck if you decide to use them.
