This place seemed pretty good. I have only used them for basic routine stuff like exams and shots. Nothing really serious so I can't say how they do with that. The prices were fair for checkups and shots. They will call you a lot to remind you to get vaccines that seem pretty medically unnecessary but that Champaign County wants your cat to get.

We really had no idea how good a veterinarian can be until we brought our dogs here. Up until now, my only experience with a vet was just a general look-over and would be told things like, "they should be fine". Not here. Dr. Dolder treated our first visit like a 100-point inspection of a vehicle. She found a loose tooth in one of our dogs, and helped us get our other dog, who has had constant flaky ears and a red, irritated tummy back to perfect health. Come with a pad of paper and a pen, because she's gonna tell you everything about your pups!

I can't recommend CRAH enough. Dr. Linda and her staff treated me and my cats with a great amount of care and respect. Every step of the way I was consulted and she gained consent for every service I needed to pay for, as well as explained it all to me in an easily understandable way. Dr. Linda went out of her way to get to know not only my pets, but me as a person. It is easy to see the love she has for her patients, and I would happily recommend CRAH to everyone I know!
