The doctor we met was absolutely fabulous! He was so quiet and calm with my foster. She is a special rescue and has been traumatized. Everyone was very quiet and took their time with her. I was very impressed.

All of the staff I've dealt with have been professional and kind to my animals and me. They apparently keep in contact with the local emergency vet, just in case something happens during their closed hours, which is outstanding.

Dr Malcom and staff are wonderful. They take the time to listen and communicate with you. Couldn’t recommend them to care for your pet they treat them as family.

We have been taking our pets for decades to Big Hollow Companion Animal Hospital. They are simply the best. Would highly recommend with no reservations.

The vets here are great. One particular front staff member gets a 0 out of 10 for being rude and unprofessional. After are complaints nothing has changed. For that reason I'm out. I have been a customer for 40 years
