Dr Dave and Dr Burmeister are so so caring and gentle with our pets. They take the time to explain everything and answer questions. As our pet has gotten older they made sure we were doing all the right blood work on tests on her. When we have lost 3 pets (1 dog 2 guinea pigs) the whole staff was very kind and caring. We will never see any other vet clinic in the area. Oh we drive about 50 minutes to see them even with other clinics closer to our home.

Wonderful experience. I sent my mother there with her two parrots who are the offspring of my two birds. It was obvious they both were suffering health issues. It is very difficult to find a clinic willing to see birds and/or have someone on staff with personal experience/training in birds therefore causing us to have to travel to the University of Illinois. My mother said that she had a exceptional experience. She stated that the staff and physician spent hours with her ensuring the birds received the care/testing they needed. She was provided with detailed instructions and reassurance. Besides the birds needing a diet change and no more buffet, they are doing great! I am happy to have someone close that they can use for care.

I had a wonderful experience with my hamster, Hoss, today at All Pets with Dr. Burmeister and his staff. I called 4 different vets in my area trying to find somewhere that sees hamsters/small pets and none did, so I found All Pets, and i feel lucky that I did! Dr. Burmeister and his staff where so kind and gentle with Hoss and I think they liked him a little, too. :) I felt very confident leaving our appointment today with the information I was provided by Dr. Burmeister to take care of my hamsters' eye and nose issues. I would 1000% recommend All Pets to anyone with a small pet, or a pet in general!

I was extremely nervous about my rabbits neuter surgery and dr wiles took the time to talk with me and answer all my questions to make me feel better about the procedure. Everything went well and I was able to bring my bun home! Thank you for keeping my bunny safe!
