5/5 We had to put our 14 year old dog down and they were very compassionate the whole time. Then I took my other dog there and they were great with him. Definitely changing vets to this one!! They are a little diamond in the rough

I wish that I could give this place a higher score than 5 stars, as they certainly deserve it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The place is very clean and organized. They treat animals with the kind of respect and kindness that I would want for a family member. The actual Veterinarian called several times to give me updates about my dog. That level of care is amazing! I highly recommend the dental service that they provide for canines. A+/☆☆☆☆☆+

This is a great vet that truly cares about owners pets. They completed a surgery that was life and death for an exotic pet that ended up requiring two surgeries. The second surgery was necessarily and no fault of the vet, and they even heavily discounted the second surgery. It ended up being successful. Highly recommend

Our first two interactions with Randal Orchard Crossing was to see to my geriatric St Bernard. We ended up having to let her go. They were helpful, accommodating, and compassionate. We are so pleased that we brought in our other dog for a routine check up at her new vet.
