I love Mokena Animal Clinic! We love the staff and Veterinarian’s especially Dr. Fazio who has been so good with my rescue who shakes in fear. She gets on the floor and cares for your pets. She has never recommended any procedure or medication unless absolutely necessary. The staff is amazing. I drive from St. Charles to Mokena because we get such great care!

I take all 8 of my cats here and i’ve had a great experience so far. Tons of great doctors and techs, i’d have to say the ones who have made my experience great for me and my cats have been Dr. Bolokowicz and Link, one of the vet techs. They’ve been so caring and supportive, I tell everyone about this place!

I am an overbearing, over-caring dog and puppy owner. I want the best life for my pups. With that being said, I will not hesitate to call Mokena Animal Clinic 3 times a day with questions and concerns. Each and every staff member has been gracious, kind, and helpful every time I call or come in. They have always treated my dogs with care, love, and patience. As an overly caring dog parent, I feel at ease in the hands of the staff at Mokena Animal Clinic.

100% Highly recommend. The staff that answers the phones are extremely knowledgeable and kind. Kim is whom I’ve had the most interaction with. Dr. Ball is very thorough and goes out of her way to make sure you’re comfortable with any concerns. She takes her time and answers all of your questions. Jenna the technician is outstanding at customer service. She is very helpful and makes sure you don’t have any unmet concerns. A+ TEAMWORK

Expect to wait 3 to 4 weeks for an appointment even if your pet is dying. The person lacked compassion and communicated like a robot wearing too much blue eye shadow. Went to Avenue Animal Hospital for immediate help and top notch support during a difficult time.
