Amazing place and people! My senior cat has gum disease and has since we adopted her. She had a loose tooth and was in a lot of pain. Yesterday, I called our vet and many vets in the surrounding area and no one could get her in until next week. I called one vet and was finally recommended to call VetMedic. The wait was very short and the staff were all very friendly and professional! The nurse and vet were very quick, informative and reassuring. They were able to help with the issue and my cat is feeling much better today. Love this place and I will recommend to everyone I know.

I had to bring my 17 year old cat into VetMedic today because my family vet wasn’t able to squeeze him in. I made the drive with my fur baby and when I walked in I was greeted with a warm and cheerful smile. The clinic felt warm and that made me feel comfortable. All staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I, as I’m sure many fur baby parents, hope to never need to utilize an urgent care clinic for the sweeties however if the need arises I highly suggest VetMedic. I know if I do ever need care again I’ll definitely go back.

I can’t say enough about Vet Medic. Beautiful, clean facility with an amazing staff. Dr Derse is a knowledgeable, experienced, competent veterinarian. Her passion for veterinary medicine is very apparent from the moment she came in the exam room and the care provided was excellent. We can’t say enough about this facility and the staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I'm scared to leave a review for them because it feels like a well kept secret that this service is offered here now! It is wonderful to have an urgent care for pets locally; I have been there twice now when my regular vet did not have same day appointments available. The staff at VetMedic is amazing; very compassionate and knowledgable. They answered all my questions and did not rush through anything the entire visit. They made sure my pets were comforted and the exams were thorough. The wait time was short and they got us right in, both times. I'm thrilled to have this option nearby if I can't get into my vets office, and it isn't an emergency where I would need to travel to VSC. Hats off to the team at VetMedic; highly recommend!
