The ladies all cared. Working hard. They paid attention to all pets. Dr. Was pleasant and caring. He cared! My pup Emma passed a few weeks ago. The entire staff took care of our girl for almost a week. They tried feeding her, going to the store to find food for Emma to blend and feed. In the end Emma was suffering and in pain. Nothing more could be done though they tried. Thank you all so much. We all shared in her passing. Thank you for your letter to our family. Brought our girl in today for her yearly checkup. All good. All the girls were happy to see Addie and they all laughed at my corn ball jokes. Thanks girls.

My puppy had a bad ear infection and was seen at banfield in crystal lake and all they did for me was try and force me into getting some type of membership and told me my puppies ears were dirty and to go home and clean them and swabbed her and sent me home with some drops that were $85!!! I can not believe they did that to me I was so upset and so worried because I’ve never cleaned a dogs ear before so I did not know what the hell I was doing!!! I struggled to really find a good vet because I was scared to take her anywhere. The doctor I work for referred me to Dr Gill I was really hesitant about taking my little MiMi but let me tell you how impressed I was with my whole experience the second I called them to get my puppy in for her ears they offered me a few times but nothing worked for me with my work schedule and they happened to manage to accommodate me for the timing I wanted and this has not happened once this has happened all the times I have called. When I first walked in the girls were nothing but so welcoming and very sweet, the office was very cute and so so clean!!! Dr Gill not only did he know what he was doing he made me feel so comfortable, made me feel like he was actually listening to my concerns and was even willing to even show me how to clean her ears!!! It is a bit pricy but hey who said a puppy was cheap everything seemed very reasonable!! Thank you so much Dr Gill and his staff for always making MiMi feel so loved the second she walks in and most importantly for making me feel like I can trust you guys!!!! You guys are beyond AMAZING!!!! I will never take my puppy anywhere else I am definitely going to send my friends family and even my patients to him!!!!

Today was my first visit as I was referred from a friend to go there for an urgent visit. The staff could not have been nicer and the vet was absolutely Amazing!!!!! He explained everything to me and put me at ease as I was very upset and scared. He was so very caring and took the time to explain all the results and the instructions for going home. He made an urgent visit very calming and comfortable. Incredible care from the vet and the staff!!!!!!!! If I could give more stars I would!!! I will definitely recommend and be back for routine care.

The happy paws team is absolutely wonderful they have always gone above and beyond for our two corgi pups. Dr Gill recently just did an emergency surgery on one of them and completely moved his schedule around to do so to help our family. My pups always love going there they are always so excited to see all the staff and doctor!

I am very happy to have used Happy Paws! I went there for a second opinion and was very impressed with the thoroughness of the testing and especially the explanation of my dogs luxating patella. Shortly after that exam I had an emergency and Dr. Gill met us at the office for more X-rays, and sure enough, my fur baby had a torn ACL and now needs surgery. He recommended an ortho surgeon and surgery will be completed within 48 hours of tear. I could not be more appreciative of the services he and his staff provide. I highly recommend this Animal Hospital and I am one tough customer.
