Staff and doctor were so friendly, helpful, understanding and knowledgeable! results were given to me promptly. various options were given with recommendations and pros/cons of each! a followup call was even given a week later to check in on how my dog was doing! pricing was given for all options and payment options were given and discussed! my dog is already doing better and a plan for any future issues (he has a chronic condition) are planned for, noted in his chart and discussed/explained with me — surgery is an option (most expensive) but because all creatures cares about my dogs health more than money, other more beneficial options are in place!

My family and I have brought our pets (dogs & a cat) to All Creatures for over 20 years. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Dr. Nordstrom to all pet owners. He takes his time with every fur parent, answers all of your questions and is very kind! (My dog is VERY shy and I have seen him take his time to approach her in a way that she was comfortable with. I also had an elderly cat with special needs and she was so comfortable around him!) Because of COVID19 all of the conversations are over the phone, but they do not rush you or take your concerns any less seriously.
