O.k...this is my honest review but the vet doc really can't communicate to the customer. Short story-my vet said over a dozen teeth need to b removed. My brain is in overdrive. Day of tooth removal-they tell me they removed one...then 7 other teeth fell out. Is this really happening? Got some pain drugs, took Ziek home, 24 hrs later he was looking better ? Afew weeks later...he is a complete different wingman. If u want real answers...talk to the nurse. I feel their compassion counts.

I have NEVER been more upset about an experience. As if the strong arming to renew our plan, almost overcharging us, and blocking us from getting our dogs heartworm medication wasn't bad enough, when we asked for a copy of our dogs records, THEY GAVE US A COPY OF A DIFFERENT DOGS RECORDS MIXED IN WITH OURS INCLUDING THE FULL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBERS AND EMAIL OF THE OWNER! You're information is not safe with them!

Our cat was diagnosed with renal failure. They nursed her back to life and full health she visited Banfield for three days straight a more economical solution than hospitalization. Yes there are other locations closer to me but non have provided the friendliness and comforting feeling that my dogs are well taken care of.
