I can not express enough gratitude I have for this clinic. Every time I come here I'm greeted with kindness and compassion. The Doctors and staff here are all wonderful. Dr. Kalata is very informative and thorough when explaining what my dog Bella needs. The phone calls and status updates are always in a timely manner. I'm always pleased with the service here. I highly recommend Pulaski Animal Hospital.

Very unreliable. This place never has consistent vets available and the ones I’ve seen for my pet don’t take my concerns seriously. Before my pet was finally diagnosed with asthma, I had told the vet her symptoms for months but they didn’t do the testing needed until I pushed for it. They said it was probably nothing, just a normal cough and when the x rays came back it turned out to be asthma. I did a basic google search on her symptoms and knew immediately it was asthma. How would a licensed vet not realize what was going on after me telling her the same symptoms I googled to find out it was asthma? It feels like I need to have veterinary knowledge so that I can ask the appropriate questions to get to the bottom of things, when it should be the other way around. The office staff isn’t any better. I’ve had to call them multiple times to follow up on questions I have for the vet or prescriptions that I needed completed and they always say they’ll call me back and never do. I know if I don’t follow up it won’t get done and when I do call back they’re not aware of the situation. They’ve also given me the wrong prescription before, don’t fully disclose after-effects of certain treatments, and failed to tell me that a tooth fragment was left behind from a previous extraction. When I address these concerns to them they give empty disingenuous apologies, but no explanations and these problems persist. I don’t know if the problems are due to management or individual staff members, but something needs to change to fix these issues. If it weren’t for the location I wouldn’t come back here again but it’s the most convenient for my pet who doesn’t travel well.

I've been a client of Balaskys Animal Hospital close to 30 year's. Their veterinarians are above spectacular, and the girls at front desk are always kind, helpful and informative after all visits. I'm greatful being a long time client with all of my animals at this practice.

Always a wonderful experience. Every single person there is helpful, cordial, friendly and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
