I am over the moon happy with the service from Meow Chicago! Jennifer was fabulous and my little kitty is so happy to be clean and mat free! I don’t have a car and so having pick up and delivery right in front of my building was so convenient! I will definitely be using this service on a regular basis!

My kitty has long fur, and he gets matted very easily. I have him groomed every other month to keep on top of the issues. I don’t own a car, so have the service come to my building is a life saver. I would highly recommend.

I boarded my girls (ages 5 and 8) at Meeow Chicago in Lincoln Park for the first time this past January 2025. It was for 10 days total and was a great experience for both me and my babies. Their apartment had ample toys, climbing opportunities, places to rest, bird TV (which my eldest cat liked to watch), and a bubble window (through which my youngest cat liked to watch other cats and the staff). Their space had a PetCube so I was able to check in on my cats and use the PetCube's interactive laser to play with them. The staff was amazing and sent me daily photos (some are included in this review). I think the cost of boarding them at Meeow Chicago is well worth the price. I trust the staff and plan to board them again there with my future travels. I highly recommend their services!

Cat boarding was great! I WOULD NOT recommend the cat grooming, it’s $160 and they say it includes nail trimming but her nails came back longer than before so I’m sure they didn’t cut them even though “they said they do and cats nails grow back fast”. My vet showed me how to cut her nails and I saw how quickly it took for the to grow and it was obvious the didn’t cut them. Not happy about that especially for the price.
