After over three years of trying to help my little girl, Lydia, we finally had to say goodbye and put her to sleep. It was incredibly hard but Dr Dupre and Matty were amazing for us. They were so kind and so compassionate. I genuinely dont think we could have gotten through it without them. Dr Dupre did such an amazing job of reassuring us and acknowledging how hard we tried and there was nothing more to do. Through the whole ordeal we went with Broadway and wouldn't have changed a thing. Thank you Dr Dupre and thank you Matty. To those reading this, please keep Lydia in your hearts, she was a great kitty, and I'll miss her forever. Here is a picture of Lydia.

Dr Perry and the team are always helpful and knowledgeable. The team also takes the time to explain what’s going on with my dog and let me ask a million questions. I always receive a follow up post visit and appointments are easy to get.

Both Tech Ayelet and Dr. Perry were very kind and knowledgeable. This was my first visit to the hospital, and the staff made me feel welcome right away. I brought my cat in for a routine post-adoption checkup. Ayelet performed a thorough examination and explained everything clearly, breaking down the medical terms into simple English, which I really appreciated. There was a bit of a wait, about 20–25 minutes, before Dr. Perry came in, as he was handling an emergency case. During the exam, he noticed a hard lump near my cat’s incision area and recommended an X-ray to rule out a hernia. The X-ray was done immediately, and thankfully the results were negative. I was also given the invoice beforehand, which I found helpful. I’m not sure if this is typical for a routine checkup, but the total cost was about $400 (with the X-ray itself costing $185). Sharing these details in case it helps others understand the pricing at this animal hospital.

Dr. Perry is a breath of fresh air. He listened, ran some tests, then quickly diagnosed my cat's digestive issue and got us set up with a supplement and the right food, and just a day or so later, she was zooming around the apartment acting like a kitten (she's 10). Thank you, everyone at BAH; from the front desk to the technicians to the doctors, everyone I've had contact with is skilled, caring, and friendly. I appreciate you all. Prices are reasonable; they provide a very important service and do it well.
