I had a really great experience at Bond Vet in Wicker Park. The entire team was incredibly patient and understanding, especially knowing that my dog Chicken struggles with anxiety. Both the vet and the vet tech were amazing — calm, kind, and very, very good with him, which made such a difference in helping him feel safe. They took the time to walk me through everything and provided so many helpful tools, guidance, and support so I can help Chicken continue working toward being happy and healthy. I truly felt listened to and cared for as a pet parent. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable team!

Awesome experience, wish there was more parking around though but the inside looks nice and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful with everything. I also like how bond vet always breaks down cost and asks before proceeding with anything in medication and even works with you in finding alternatives as well to save money. They are true friends for pets and pet owners.

Taco loves BondVet! The staff is so sweet and the office is cute and welcoming. We love how they give you an estimate for costs before deciding on anything - no surprise bills! Hands down the best vet we have experienced.

I've been a Bond customer for about one year. The staff is kind and knowledgeable, their rates feel reasonable, and most importantly my dog is always happy to go there even after receiving a few vaccines. Scheduling is easy, but keep in mind the Wicker Park/Bucktown location is closed on Sundays as of this writing in July 2025. Their other Chicago location is in Lakeview is open on Sundays. Gold Coast is not. Bond recently launched a text message line for customers to schedule appointments, ask questions, and report issues they want added to their pets' records. I've used it several times and found it convenient. Overall I'm satisfied and plan to continue bringing my pet to Bond for care. I'd recommend them to others. Disclosure: I wrote this review as part of a promotion, but the promotion did not influence my review.

We have had 3 amazing experiences here. The staff is so kind, the office is clean and appointments are so quick. Dr. Fitzsimmons is the best vet we’ve seen with our puppy. She always makes sure every question is answered, she sits on the floor to comfort and play with your animals and I leave with a weight off my chest that my dog is healthy and was happy/never scared to go to vet! We came in one night, late, with an emergency and they took us right away, got started on treating our girl and called an emergency vet hospital to get us in ASAP with them. They also followed up with texts and calls to check on our puppy after we went to the vet hospital. Seriously love having such a good vet.
