My wife took my dog Buddy there for his annual. The staff were extremely friendly and sweet towards our little guy. The vet tech was very kind and answered any questions my wife had, and the vet was very thorough with his exam and answered any additional questions. Buddy loved every minute being there. Also, they are very reasonably priced for their services. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone living in Bethalto.

My parents brought their puppy to this veterinarian, and when their puppy got sick, they turned them away. They told them to take their dog to Edwardsville, because they do not take care of sick puppies. My parents had to take their dog to the emergency clinic and it cost him $3500. I do not recommend this veterinarian, and I suggest that you go other places because they don’t stand behind their clients. Seems to me they’re all about the money and the people that answer the phones there are ridiculous. Left my phone number and never heard back from the veterinarian. I guess the answering service is in charge not the vet.
