I took in a cockatiel that had been found outside, and I honestly had no idea what condition it was in or what I should do next. This clinic was incredible from start to finish. They gave my bird a thorough, comprehensive exam, patiently answered what felt like a million questions, and sent us home with antibiotics so she can keep healing and feeling better. I left feeling genuinely reassured and taken care of. On top of that, everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming—it made a stressful situation so much easier. This is definitely my new favorite place, and I’m really grateful for the care they gave us.

Our pitbull Rosie broke a nail and it was very inflamed and obviously causing her pain. We called One Love and were able to have her seen very quickly. The staff was so friendly and good with her. She was very nervous and they were slow and respectful. They asked detailed questions and the doctor was great. She came up with a good plan of care and gave us an estimate and told us we could run an errand while she received treatment. When we arrived for pickup people I hadn’t even met yet were talking about how good and cute she was it just felt like everyone cared about our dog as much as we do. Will for sure be back and would recommend to anyone who loves their pets . Also loved the decor of the animals in Victorian costumes in the treatment room we were in not sure Rosie cared but they lightened the mood for us.

My dog Otis needed help, an I thought he wasn’t going to make it. Rebecca was fantastic about getting me scheduled. All of the crew I’ve met going in there twice was incredibly kind. Very personable warm atmosphere. Helped me save my old man dog. So thankful for their help in a stressful time. Will be supporting this business long term, I highly recommend 🙏🏽

Everyone here from front desk to assistants to the doctor herself are amazing! So much love and care for my dog Buddy who had just lost the ability to use his legs. They got him in the same day and were just wonderful through the whole process. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

I took my three parrots to see Dr Cobb for their annual exam and nail trims. This was the first time in this clinic and seeing Dr Cobb. I was really impressed with everyone! Her and her techs (sorry, Im blanking on their names) did a great job at handling my birds. No bites, no fly aways, and low stress. My birds went right back to normal after getting home from their visit. It's great having another avian/exotic vet in the area.
