Excellent, my pup loves the staff and is very comfortable with them. She goes with them and doesn't even look back at me. Alyssa and the other staff members are very nice. Dr. Jay is a wonderful VETERINARY. He gave my pup an excellent evaluation. I'm so glad that I brought Alley-E to Value Vet. Dr. Jay found her baby tooth grew in the wrong way. Sadly, her previous vet didn't even mention it. Her dental surgery is set up. I was thrilled that he was well versed in Jack Russell/Rat Terriers' dogs. Even explaining about their bones. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Value Vet. If you're not taking your pet to Value Vet Are you sure your pet needs are met.

They got my cat in immediately and were so kind, helpful and caring. They were able to do X-rays, bloodwork and get results quickly to figure out what was wrong. They followed up with me to see how she was doing over next few days. I’m so happy with the techs and doctors, we will definitely be going back.

Always super nice and pretty quick but more important they are actually animal people at heart not just vets and vet techs. I have three scary looking big babies and they always let me use a side door so there is no human confrontation or ugly interaction. They have been my vet through the life of my best friend right to the end have taken care of my 2 rescues and younger pup plus 3 litters over the past 6yrs. They keep my family healthy and at a great price. I don't know what I would have done many times without them in my corner.

We have gone to Value Vet twice now for 2 fairly emergent situations. Our most recent was earlier this week when we took our little girl who was struggling through labor. After an exam and X ray the vet recommended an immediate C section. We came home with mama and 2 babies and all 3 are doing beautifully. So thankful for the care they received; everyone was so kind and we are extremely grateful! We plan to switch to Value Vet for ongoing care going forward!

Affordable based on other vets in the area. Every person I have interacted with has been exceptionally nice and supportive. My cats have experienced love and care through each vet, and this is the first one in years able to give me answers on one of my cat’s conditions. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a new vet!
