since moving to hawaii, i had a hard time finding the right clinic for my pets - i did not want a big corporate-owned hospital (so that my pups can receive personalized care and attention, and be able to communicate easily with the vet), but also did not want a too small of a clinic with limited services available for my pets. i happened to find this clinic while shopping at petsmart (thought it was another corporate owned vaccine clinic but i was told it is a locally owned full-service private clinic!) and im glad to say ive found the right clinic for my pups. the vets are down to earth and knowledgeable, the staff are kind, and the affordable wide-range of services is priceless.

We have tried and left a several vets in the five years since we adopted 3 rescue kitties and started fostering. I know it has been rough couple years for the vet industry not unlike the medical, but I love this vet because they are so great at communicating and they have gone above and beyond to help us make difficult, complex decisions about unique issues and circumstances with rescues, fosters, and our owned cats. They get back to us when we email with strange info we found in random places on the internet; they have prescribed and re-prescribed meds in different formulations to make sure they would work for us and our kitties. We are just so grateful we eventually found this clinic and we drive far in all kinds of traffic to get to them. Thank you for all you all do!

The staff is friendly and professional. The Veterinarians are caring, informative and extremely thorough. Their fees are very reasonable.

Everyone there is consistently so kind to my kitties. If something is ever wrong, they always explain what they're doing and why, and give a breakdown of cost as well.
