I've been with Hilo Veterinary Clinic since we moved here almost 20 years ago. Dr Castro was the most amazing vet and I was worried when he retired... but he passed on his practice to brothers Dr. Adrian and Dr. Kyle, who I can't praise highly enough. You are in great hands with these gentlemen. I hope they stay for a long long time.

The veterinarians are amazing! They came in on a Saturday night to xray my sick goat 🐐 and provided oxygen and antibiotics for her pneumonia saving her life! My heroes!!

This clinic is a place of compassion, care and very good abilities. I brought a cat in urgent need of surgery and the care both staff and Doctors showed was remarkable. The place is clean and peaceful and everyone were met with respectful and warm-hearted manners. I’d highly recommend Hilo Veterinary Clinic for any pet owner who truly cares about their animals.

My friends dog was bit by another dog. The Doctor put 1 stitch in & sent us home. The following day the dog was lathargic we called the doctor and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. The dog died, this clinic has NO understanding of an emergency
