I have used them for over 15 years. They have always taken great care of my babies and always call to see how they are doing if they saw my babies because they were sick. I have never called when one of my pups was sick and been told they can't see them that day. They always manage to find a way to see them. I can't even begin to tell you of their kindness when I lost my 15 year old lab. There are no words to describe their caring compassion for one of the worst day of my life. Hope and I love everyone there.

2nd time coming here without being a patient and was seen right away!! This is the service that vets should use. The vets here are very loving and patient and actually show that they care about your pet vs just trying to get money from you. Only downside is I wish they had fenced in areas for boarding but hopeful this is in the future what a great office this is

Best vet in PTC! Everyone here is so kind and caring. Special thanks to Dr. Lindsey and her assistant, Hope. They got my German Shepherd puppy in quickly and addressed my concerns. I even had to reschedule and they were compassionate about it. 5 stars
