We have been taking our pup to the clinic for about 3 years now and have been satisfied until now. We called on an urgent matter (he was coughing uncontrollably) and were told they could not see him until next week. The receptionist could hear him in the background and was sympathetic but still could not work him in. She gave us a name and number fir a clinic in Griffin and said she could give us an appointment in follow-up. We will be following up with the Griffin vet from now on.

I took my little dog in and they brought him to the back for about 20 minutes. When the brought him back he had a muzzle on. One of the ladies handed him directly to me. I immediately noticed he smelled really bad. They left and I put him down and noticed I had feces all over my shirt. They barely clipped his nails. This was really a bad experience for me.

My dogs love this place. The customer service is great. The Doctors are awesome. Best prices around. Dr. Burdette and Amber have been taking care of my dogs for a while now. My dogs actually pull me inside of the office because they are so excited to see their friends...lol. Lisa is great. She has all the answers and will do all she can to get you in when things are crazy at the office if it's possible. Thank you all🥰

We love Jackson Veterinary Clinic. Our sweet, cross-eyed girl, Delilah, loves going there!! They take such good care of our baby and we couldn't ask for better service! Always kind, thorough and they really care!
