Very courteous and polite staff. Were able to answer questions and give recommendations on their findings and were able to co.e up with a treatment. So patient with my unruly pet who was so nervous that they took their time so she wouldn't get stressed out more. Thank you for the compassionate service.

My Pomchi started limping on each back leg & screeching off & on, wasn’t constant though, I paid $95 office visit, $15 medication. Was told to come back in 3 days if not better. Went back for X-rays 3 days later, another $295. Was told nothing showed on X-ray. Brought her home still screeching every once in a while. Started looking myself under belly & back legs. Mats/knots in long hair between legs. I cut out and she is perfect now. Morale of story, for $95 office visit you would have thought that would include a full exam. If it had of, the knots would’ve been found & I wouldn’t have had to borrow money for X-rays she didn’t need. Called to let them know & got “we’re sorry Ms. Sizemore.” That’s all after a total of $405.

We drive past dozens of veterinary offices in order to get to Brookwood. Kelly is the only one we will let help our fur babies when they don't feel well. She is so amazing and always keeps us well informed. By far, the best vet we have ever used. Thank you, Kelly!

Our cat does not do well at the vet, but they still treated him with care and gave him a thorough exam. The whole staff was nice and listened to our concerns.
