I’ve been taking my dog here about 5 years now and if I could give more than five stars I would. The staff is so great, very friendly and helpful. Dr. Houston is amazing, my dog gets super anxious and she always goes above and beyond to be incredibly patient, gentle, and kind. Whether my dog is getting updated on a vaccine or her nails cut, they give care in a way that is specific to your pet and is the least stressful and most effective. I appreciate the doctor and everyone on the staff so much. Highly recommend!

I'm very happy with the care we get here, Dr. Houston is great! Everyone here is great! I've used their boarding service for my cats and I leave with the peace of mind that they will be taken care of.

Kudos to Chelsea ! ( sorry if that is not the correct spelling) I work for another veterinary clinic and needed a bit of assistance locating records for a mutual patient. ( late Friday afternoon) Not only did she answer the phone with a wonderful attitude, she sounded genuinely happy to help. She said she needed to do a bit of leg work and call me back the following week. AND SHE DID! I was really impressed because we have all been so busy in this field that it is so easy to forget a call back. It took a bit of back and forth but thanks to her initiative I was able to get what I needed to complete the tasks for my home clinic. She never made me feel as if I was taking up to much of her time or that she was put out by the request for assistance. I'm willing to bet that the clients here love her. Thanks Chelsea. Keep doing what you do! It matters!

Dr Houston and her staff are the BEST! Compassionate, caring and efficient! They took our dog in as a work in because she was sick over the weekend and gave excellent care& advice!🐾😊

Been taking my animals here for 25+ years. Dr. Houston and her staff are amazing. They are so friendly, caring and compassionate. Dr. Houston takes her time answering any questions you may have and never makes you feel like you're a bother. Love her and the staff.
