Definitely take your pets here!!! Such a friendly staff and Dr. Shuykin is wonderful. My partner and I have had multiple visits for our cat Mishka including check up’s, spaying, and visits for her reoccurring uti’s! Very easy to get in last minute appointments and we are given lots of helpful advice and options for keeping our kitty healthy! The price is always affordable for us as well. Thank you for all you guys do. :-)

I’ve been coming here since my cat was a few months old he is now 3 going on 4 and I have to say I dont feel like they give the same attention to cats the same way they do dogs they never remember who he is when I’ve come in there. Their customer service as of recently isn’t very good a young lady with piercings and colored hair has been the one I have to interact with more often than not when I call or am in there and she has been rude every time I go in there. I don’t feel like they care whether my cat lives or dies I’m to the point of finding a new place I will say Dr. Yshuykin is very pleasant, however she’s very fast to the point where if you did have questions and you happen to forget them for a second you will not be able to ask because she in and out of the room and doesn’t always return. So if your love your cat and want your cat to be treated with love and care FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE because this place just isn’t it. Idk after reading some of the other peoples reviews maybe it’s a race thing I don’t know I just know the service has never been very welcoming and pleasant

This is the best Veterinarian we’ve ever met! Dr. Shuykin and her staff are so incredibly compassionate and dedicated to our pets. Our puppy has been so sick and Dr. Shuykin has been treating her for days and doing her best to help our dog survive, I know our dog wouldn’t have made it this far without North Hills Animal Hospital. Thank you Dr. Shuykin and everyone at North Hills!

We have always had a great experience with Dr. Shuykin. She and her staff are very sweet and kind and do an amazing job making you and your pet feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

My precious fur baby & I like Dr S & her staff! Very clean warm & inviting! Very upscale & smells so good in there! Very spacious! I highly recommend ! Get there early and enjoy the ambience! Best Vet experience I have ever had in my whole life!
