My dog is very skittish with all vets. Dr. Smith listened, came up with a plan and successfully was able to obtain a blood sample. All staff were kind and compassionate.

I always find the staff, helpful, kind, and attentive to all of my questions. Plus, my dog loves it there. You can’t get a bigger compliment than that!

I have only used them for a kitten wellness exam so I can’t speak to the quality of their care, especially since they take your pet to the back where you can’t see what they’re doing. But I find the front desk staff to be impatient and rude. They also have a convoluted payment system where you have to prepay a deposit for your visit, and if you end up spending less than your deposit, they don’t refund you automatically; you have to call and give them your card information again because apparently they don’t store that information. Then they messed up my refund so I only got $15 out of a $15.75 refund. I’m not hung up on 75c but it’s about the principle of competently providing a basic customer service.
