Super convenient location, clean facility, and great staff. They were able to see me for a last minute appointment and got me into an exam room as soon as I arrived, which helped my nervous cat tremendously. Dr. Carlson was very gentle with my boy and was able to take his temperature and get a needle biopsy without scruffing him or stressing him out— I was super surprised by how well my cat tolerated the appointment. Everything went quickly and smoothly and we were out the door about 30 mins after arriving! Highly recommend them in all aspects.

Vet tech Cooper was very condescending in the way she spoke to me. Would go back for the actual doctors. Will never ask her to address me again. Dr. Hale was very kind. Been going to the morning side location for years and Dr. Carlson runs a great business. But I will never go back to the Monroe location again. If you want quality service and kindness for your baby, take them to the morning side location.

I took my outdoor cat in to the clinic last week. The place was spotless. Excellent clinic. The entire staff was so friendly and professional. Dr. Hale is a gem. My cat Big Girl, (who hates strangers) was immediately taken with her. The fact that they open at 7:30 am is also a benefit. I really recommend the Intown Animal Hospital.

New to Atlanta and this practice. Having 2 senior dogs, I’m so glad to have found them. Schedule is very flexible, front desk staff is friendly and helpful and the vets are thorough and caring. Highly recommend.

Nice, convenient clinic that was so gracious in helping me get a health certificate for my pup. So nice of them to fit in an out-of-towner! Great communication.
